It was a particularly awesome semester of Digital Painting, which is taught each spring by prof Andy Overn. In this course, students use Corel Painter and the Wacom Cintiq graphic monitors in Bethany’s Meyer Hall mac lab to create compelling images in response to a variety of prompts. Spring student art show attendees got to see some of this work displayed in the gallery, but these images are so stunning we couldn’t resist sharing here as well! Below you’ll see a collection of pieces from three students in the course. including self and biographical portraits, scenery, and concept art. Great job, ladies!
